Do any of you actually buy your gas in Caryville. I sure hope not. These jackasses charge way to much.

No way! If I am going that way, I just go on to Lake City - there is a marathon up there that is about 10-20 cents cheaper than anybody else.

It just steams me to think that the gas stations up there are FORTY CENTS more than the gas stations here in town. If it wouldnt be considered illegal, I would post a sign on either side of the exit that would tell motorists "40 CENT CHEAPER GAS 2 MILES UP THE ROAD" just so they would have to drop their prices.
But there is no price gouging going on folks...
my arse...

What a difference Murphy has made. I have watched many stations change their prices on a four time a day basis. Let's go to murphy and show these gas mongers they don't control prices anymore.

its a shame that they are literally stealing money from folks at at least 2 stations in Caryville. They can't use the "near the interstate" argument because just drive to lake city, and they can't use the mileage argument just go to Eagle Mart most of the time and they are cheaper too. Those 2 stations are just out right ripping people off.

Yes they are hiram! I totally agree, but unfortunately there is little the public can do about it because of "slander" and so forth. I would LOVE to put those signs up and tell motorists about it...
However, I hope these arent just "get to know you" prices from Murphy gas, and that they are serious about creating good, LASTING competition for other stations. If they start looking like the other stations within the next few months, I will not be impressed at all at such a sleezy business tactic.

Yea, I think Pilot and Murphy run the tightest race in cheapest gas prices. Even though their gas is more watered down than others - it is cheaper to just spend the extra money you save on fuel injector cleaner/boosters than to pay for the high quality stuff.
